1. قبول الشروط

مرحبًا بك في DAWOOD WIN. تحكم هذه الشروط استخدام الموقع وشراء المنتجات منه. لا تنتقص هذه الشروط من أي حقوق إلزامية للمستهلك بموجب الأنظمة السعودية.

2. المنتجات والأوصاف

نسعى إلى عرض المنتجات وأسعارها وصورها ومواصفاتها بدقة. يرجى قراءة وصف المنتج وتعليمات الاستخدام والتحذيرات قبل الشراء.

3. الطلبات

يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة عند إتمام الطلب. يخضع تنفيذ الطلب لتوفر المنتج وتأكيد الطلب وإتمام إجراءات الدفع أو تأكيد طريقة الدفع المختارة.

إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب، سنتواصل مع العميل لمعالجة المشكلة أو رد المبالغ المستحقة وفقًا للأنظمة المعمول بها.

4. الأسعار والعروض

تُعرض الأسعار بالريال السعودي (SAR). يتم توضيح الرسوم والضرائب المطبقة قبل إتمام الشراء. تخضع العروض لشروطها ومدتها الموضحة على الموقع.

5. الدفع

يجب استخدام وسيلة دفع مصرح بها. تخضع معالجة المدفوعات لشروط مزود الدفع المعني.

6. الشحن والإرجاع

تخضع الطلبات لسياسات الشحن والاسترجاع المنشورة على الموقع، مع مراعاة حقوق العميل النظامية.

7. الاستخدام المقبول

يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأغراض غير مشروعة أو محاولة تعطيله أو تقديم معلومات مضللة أو انتهاك حقوق الآخرين.

8. الملكية الفكرية

تعود حقوق المحتوى والشعارات والصور والتصميمات إلى أصحابها. لا يجوز إعادة استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن، ما لم يسمح النظام بذلك.

9. المسؤولية

لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية أو حق لا يجوز استبعاده بموجب الأنظمة المعمول بها.

10. القانون والنزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتُعالج النزاعات أمام الجهات المختصة وفقًا للإجراءات النظامية.
